This beautiful new build was waiting for the back yard to match the stylish inside. They had a problem though. They were located at the end of a row of houses that all drained into their yard and they found themselves dealing with an incredible amount of water when the snow started to melt. In order to counteract the swamp that their yard was frequently becoming, we installed large drainage pipes underneath everything to catch and direct the water through their property without making a mess. Once the drainage issue was solved, we could then get to the patio, artificial turf, and retaining wall to make their back yard match their lovely home. The slope of the yard was another challenge and you will notice that there is a retaining wall not only across the back, but also underneath the edges of the patio. This enabled us to create a nice flat space for them with the drainage running underneath. They referred their neighbor Lagrone who also worked with us on their back yard.
