This client wanted their home to be more wheelchair friendly so they decided that a permanent concrete ramp was the solution. Concrete is also much easier to shovel during the winter than the old brick was so a new front walkway was also in the plan. They love this ramp, especially the brick detailing on the outside that matches the house. The front walkway goes from the sidewalk to the door, across to the driveway, as well as to the patio in the back yard. There is also a new section of concrete which extends the driveway and a new fence with a gate for the walkway to the back yard.
