This client, referred to us by their neighbor Fothergil, wanted a large clean-cut space of artificial turf. They shared some drainage difficulties with their neighbor because of the way that the community was designed. However, in the same way we were able to help their friend, we were able to install drainage pipes underneath their new space to direct the water through without making a mess. This entire community is built on a large hill so behind their property are large retaining walls holding back the hillside. Inside their property, the slope was still significant enough that we needed one more small wall to make the space useable.
